At Countrydrop, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, depending on the product. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Digital/downloadable products
Gift cards
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized products

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the product

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing them
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again
Contact your payment provider
